Stable housing only works when health and wellbeing are looked after too.

Our team takes a trauma-informed approach and works closely with NHS and community services to make sure residents aren't navigating the system alone.

GP registration, mental health referrals, trauma-informed care and ongoing wellbeing check-ins.
